Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced his ‘10-point plan’ to move the UK to net-zero emissions by 2050.
The plan is broken down into ten key points. First, the well reported ban on petrol and diesel cars by 2030, with a move to electric, and funding for charge points. A previously announced pledge to quadruple offshore wind power by 2030 and moves to boost hydrogen production, with the promise of a town heated entirely by hydrogen by the end of the decade.
