They say there’s nothing quite like the green, green grass of home and it seems for many of us the garden has made a big impact on our lives over the last two years.
With many people turning to gardening during the pandemic to help with their mental health, new research has revealed it’s a great place to unwind and sometimes even meet new people.
In fact, 70% believe the great outdoors and gardening is good for their wellbeing according to the findings from Miracle-Gro.
Freya spoke to TV gardener David Domoney and author of psychology gardening Harriet Gross.
