Olly Smith on taste of the Caribbean

As winter draws to a close and we look ahead to sunnier days, celebrity TV chef Shivi Ramoutar and wine expert Olly Smith are on hand to bring a slice of the Caribbean to your dinner table.

Caribbean and Island food was one of the leading food trends of last year – with delicious marinades, chutneys and spice rubs ready to transport your tastebuds to sunnier climates.

Shivi and Olly, P&O Cruises Food Heroes, are gearing up to help to launch Arvia, the UK’s largest ship built for the British cruise market, at a world-first beachside naming ceremony in Barbados on Thursday 16^th March.
