Singles empowered to end to bad online dating behaviour
Three quarters of the single public (74%) are determined ‘spring clean’ their dating regime and eliminate the bad behaviour they encounter online.
A new study by Plenty of Fish revealed the top list of turn offs include being ghosted without explanation (43%), being stood up on a date (40%) and receiving unsolicited nude pictures (40%).
Daters are also looking inwards and making personal improvements to benefit future relationships. Exercising regularly (58%), getting more sleep (55%), and prioritising self-care (52%) are just some of the ways Brits are looking to work on themselves, with 82% agreeing that the benefits of self-improvement can lead to greater self-awareness and success when dating.
