According to registered nutritionist Jenna Hope, this combination makes our immune system more vulnerable and is exactly why now is the time to get ahead of winter wellness rather than react once illness strikes. Many families also find themselves caught in what’s known as the “Viral Spiral” – the cycle of picking up one bug after another during the busiest part of the festive season – making prevention more important than ever.

Jenna Hope, nutritionist, aims to prove that prevention is the strongest line of defence. By establishing simple, daily habits in the lead up to Christmas families can build resilience and reduce the likelihood of festive plans being derailed by colds, flu, and other winter bugs.
