With typical working weeks changing over the last 18 months to fit around home schooling and working from home,
busy parents have been searching for ways to save both time and money.
New research released today by Birds Eye, found that 40% of parents are more likely to stock up on frozen food
now than they were pre-pandemic, with convenience (50 per cent) and avoiding unnecessary supermarket trips (46
per cent) cited as the main reasons why.
Interestingly, many families also said that shopping frozen also meant that they cut down on food waste (44 per
cent), helping them become more environmentally friendly.
