Neil Gits A Full List !

Just over three weeks ago I put a post up on my Facebook page “The Old Gits Soul Show” inviting any members or regular listeners to submit ideas for the first ever “Cool Soul – Choice Cuts” programme, an all request show basically, which was planned for this Monday 11the December … and I am delighted to say the response was very good and all slots are taken now, so it’s full steam ahead !

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, either in terms of numbers of ideas or the quality of them , but every single one would fit nicely into a Monday night playlist any week of the year ! There are some very interesting ones that I haven’t played before and some really well known ones (by us soul types anyway!) which you just wouldn’t expect to hear on “normal” radio, making up a pretty varied playlist which I now have to spend some time putting into an order which will ebb & flow wonderfully for two hours …

So that is next week to look forward to, but if you didn’t catch the first of our three live “20th Century Soul” shows last Monday, it is of course repeated this Saturday afternoon at 5pm … or you can head for the “Listen Again” page and hear it via there whenever suits you …
