I have had a succession of bizarre dreams over recent weeks, involving all manner of surreal situations, but thankfully none of them straying into “nightmare territory” and mostly being fairly pleasant in their own odd little way. But one last week left me with a stiff neck that lasted for several days ! In the past I can recall waking up with ailments as a result of a particularly vivid night’s activity, i.e. coming round with a sore forehead after “heading home the winner in the FA Cup Final” but actually headbutting the bedside table instead !! Ouch !
I have absoluely no idea what was going on in last week’s crazy dream, maybe I had been watching too much sci-fi and thought I was an alien who could turn his head around 360 degrees … who knows ?! The reality is though that right here in the actual world you can count on hearing fantastic soul, jazz-funk & disco tunes from the 70s 80s & beyond every Monday evening at 7pm (and on Saturday at 5pm on the ‘Repeat Play’) and I can give you a 99% guarantee that you will suffer no physical ill-effects – unless you trip over the living room carpet while dancing !!
