We’ve been looking forward to this one for a while ! A four day weekend with the prospect of good weather, lots of things to do and lots of places to go ! Like most other people, I fully intend to make the most of it, so “The Old Git” has been hard at it in the office this morning taking care of all the “admin” and making sure that all loose ends are tidied up before the fun begins 🙂
I’ve really enjoyed hosting my shows so far this year, the response has been very pleasing, and you seem to particularly enjoy the “Soul Connection” feature which always sees some top banter being exchanged on our Facebook page “The Old Gits Soul Show” – why not have a look and join up ? Of course, we are all about the music and I now must have a record number of long ideas lists, which along with your excellent personal suggestions, means it is unlikely I will EVER run out of fantastic soul, disco & jazz-funk tracks from those good old days of the 70s & 80s …
Once the excitement starts to die down on Monday, rest assured you will find me LIVE in the studio from 7-9pm, doing my stuff to kick start your week.
