Neil Gits His Wallet Ready !

Last Monday was the final round of the informal “competition” to see who could get the most right answers to “The Soul Connection” amongst our hardy loyal regulars. Nick Pearson was the first to crack this week’s one – which meant that over the 75 weeks in which I had foolishly offered up a “prize” to whoever came out on top, THREE people had all accumulated 16 “wins” each , Nick being joined by A13 Annie & ‘Popmaster’ Paul Sansom. I had said along the way that I would buy the winner a drink, but having struggled all year to get two people together in the same place at the same time for a social (it seems that some people are unbelievably STILL working !) the chances of getting four of us together simultaneously are remote !!

To be quite honest, I will be glad to get back to being fully focussed on the music alone, though I do enjoy the challenge of putting “The SC” together as part of my show each week and will continue to run the feature – but just for fun ! No participation necessary !!
