During this difficult time, there have been some shops which had to close due to being non-essential at the time. But one shop in Vange didn’t have to shut during lockdown as they have been selling essential items such as food.
That is Heather’s Plant and Mini Market in Vange, the shop has been running for 8 years where Vange Zoo was and is next to where Vange School.
They are open on Tuesday to Sundays from 10am and closed on Mondays. On Tuesdays, the NHS receive a 10% discount when they shop there. One of the workers at Heather’s Plant and Mini Market is the head of a local entertainment Actz Entertainment Agency, Lewis Simmons
Lewis’s main company Actz Entertainment Agency would normally be very busy at this time of year, but due to lockdown restrictions, his acts cannot gig at this present moment. So Lewis has found work, by working with his uncle and auntie at Heather’s Plant and Mini Market in Vange.
