Also joining Aston and Anna on the programme was Commonwealth Games gold medalist in taekwondo and blogger Thomas Henley and spoke about his video blog, his training that led to him receiving a gold medal and also Anna announced Thomas as her new ambassador for her AnnaKennedyOnline.

Anna Kennedy had this to say afterwards:

“It was fantastic to be back on Gateway 97.8 talking All Things Autism in Essex. We covered a lot of topics about mental health well being, Covid and shared some exciting news with one of our guests Thomas Henley. I met Thomas on my Womens Radio Show in Covent Garden before Christmas and I was impressed with everything he had achieved that I asked him to join our AKO Charity family and become an Ambassador alongside Aston and our second guest on the show Matty Street. Matty is CEO of his own company at just 23 and employs over 50 people in Rochdale for Team Karting UK, I am looking forward to be back in the studio on July 2 with Aston with more special guests.”

All Thing Autism In Essex will return on 2nd July.
