Anjula Mutanda on kindness

17th June 2021

Over the last year and half, we have seen an outpouring of consideration and compassion from the nation due to COVID-19. As we start to emerge out of the other side of the pandemic, people are being encouraged to continue channeling kindness in their everyday lives.

New research from snack brand KIND indicates that one in two people would like to try to show more kindness and consideration towards others moving forwards. The majority of people admit that the pandemic has given them perspective on what is important to them.

As a result, behavioural expert Anjula Mutanda is teaming up with Katie Piper and children to teach adults how to be more kind, in a new podcast ‘Kids live KIND’, which launched on the 15th June.

Aston spoke to TV psychologist Anjula Mutanda and director at KIND Alexa Dalton.
