After a year of living through the pandemic, a quarter of Brits say they are struggling to separate their home space from their workspace.

Research by BelVita shows we’ve swapped desks for our dining table, sofa for a work chair and garden for an office– while only a third of us have a home office space.

As a result, 42 per cent feel their home no longer feels like ‘home’ because of its multiple roles.

Aston spoke to TV neuroscientist Dr Jack Lewis to disucss the research that shows that our house has turned into everything but our home.
