Do you have what it takes to be the next Anton du Beke or Karen Clifton? If you have always wanted to learn to dance but never had the opportunity to, then why not apply for Strictly St Luke’s 2020?! Together with a professional dance teacher, you will learn:
- One Ballroom
- One Latin dance
Both of these dances are to be performed in a St Luke’s Strictly Spectacular in front of an audience of family and friends at the prestigious Civic Hall on Saturday 14th March 2020.
In order to be crowned our 2020 winner, points are collected over 3 rounds. All participants are required to raise a minimum sponsorship of £500 with additional points be awarded for the more money you raise. For example, fundraising worth £500 equals 5 points, £600 – 6 points, and so on. You will only be able to collect a maximum of 20 points (£2,000+).
We then have 4 independent judges who will score each dance on the night. The audience also have the opportunity for their favourite couple to win.
Aris spoke to Leanne Knightly from St Luke’s Hospice:
Applications are now open and all forms must be in by Friday 20 September. We will be announcing the lucky 10 individuals who have made it through at the end of September… Good luck!
