The 842nd High Sheriff of Essex, Nick Alston, joined Johnny in the studio to talk about his role and the issues of law and order around Essex.
The High Sheriff also toured the station and awarded Good Afternoon presenter and Basildon Hospital Radio Chair Jacqui James with a special award.
