Sign up to the exclusive Test Track Ten Races

Register now to take part in one of the most unique and well-respected running events in Essex, the Test Track Ten Races, which returns next month, on Saturday 17th May 2024.

Organised by charity St. Luke’s Hospice, in partnership with Ford Britain Trust, the popular Test Track Ten Races are uniquely set within the grounds of the Ford Dunton Technical Centre in Laindon, Essex.

The charity’s flagship running event has been embraced by runners since 2013 and provides a unique opportunity to race exclusively on the Ford test track, which is otherwise inaccessible to the public. There are three distances to choose from; the accredited and timed distances of either 10 miles or 10 km, both very popular with seasoned runners, those looking to step up from their usual 5K, or simply wanting a challenge.

For fun runners, walkers, families and friend groups there’s also a special 2.5k Fun Run for ages 5+.  The races are open to all participants from experienced runners and walkers to wheelchair users and novice joggers.

The Test Track Ten Races is a UKA licenced event.  All runners who pre-register for the 10 mile, 10K or 2.5km races will receive a very special St. Luke’s Hospice medal.
