Wanted Basildon man Philip Young

Have you seen Philip Young?

Essex Police want to speak to the 32-year-old in connection with a number of burglaries. He is also wanted on recall to prison. 

Young, who also uses the surname Rawlinson, has links to Basildon.

He is almost 6ft tall and of medium build. He has short brown hair and has a long brown beard, which is not pictured here.

Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call Southend’s Proactive Team on 101.
