Billericay Swimming Pool will reopen on Saturday 30th November, when the opening weekend will be filled with free family swimming.
There will also be guided tours and fun activities.
Lessons will commence shortly after and all current members will be contacted by the Billericay First Strokes team. Bookings made before December will be entered into a special Christmas prize draw.
The swimming pool closed last September, following an electrical fire. Works to reopen the pool began in July this year.
Jack Short, Executive Assistant at First Strokes said:
“In partnership with the Council, First Strokes Swim Schools have been working hard to get the Billericay Pool reopened. We are delighted to announce that the Centre has been completely regenerated to serve the local community for many years to come”.
