For the first time in their history Bowers & Pitsea will be playing in the 1st round of the FA Cup after they beat Vanarama National League Premier side Aldershot Town 2 – 1.
Goals came from Lewis Manor who scored from the penalty spot before half time and then Quinton Monville scored the winner in the 80th minute. Aldershot Town scored an equaliser in the 73rd minute.
Bowers & Pitsea were ball 77 for the 1st round draw for the FA Cup which took place yesterday and they were drawn away to play Sky Bet League One side Lincoln City, which the game will take place on the weekend of 6th November.
