Local team Hashtag United are involved in the FA Cup 1st qualifying round on 21st September at Bowers & Pitsea’s, Len Salmon Stadium when they face Soham Town Rangers.
Hashtag United are a local team that were formed in 2016 by YouTuber Spencer Owens and are managed by Jay Devereux. They now play in the Essex Senior League, which they will also be embarking on this season to try and earn promotion to the Bet Victor North Division for the 2021/22 season. Their home games are at Bowers & Pitsea’s Len Salmon Stadium and they play at home when Bowers & Pitsea play their games away.
The game kicks off at 7:45pm, however tickets to attend the game are sold out. The game is live on the BBC and you can watch by either going on BBC iPlayer via the BBC Sport website or by pressing the red button on your TV.
