Basildon Community Resource Centre has launched a help and advice service available by text, telephone or online.

The Centre is offering support and assistance with housing advice or benefit guidance, including the completion of online applications, letter writing and queries regarding Universal Credit.

John Baron MP said:

“My thanks and congratulations go to the Basildon Community Resource Centre for providing this resource for constituents in need of advice and support at this difficult time. Navigating the various support systems or filling in applications can be complicated, and this service will offer helpful advice to smooth these processes. I encourage residents to make full use of it.”
