Billericay Soapbox Race 2026 highlights

Sunday 3rd May saw the annual Billericay Soapbox Race presented by the Rotary Club of Billericay Mayflower.

The event was compered by our very own Aston Avery and it saw 23 karts take on the event at Sun Corner in Billericay. There were different categories which were student, corporate and wacky racers.

Before the karts set off they performed in front of thousands of people who attended the event itself. Each team were scored on their performance, their time and also the reaction of the audience.
