Armageddon Outta Here! review

I had the privillage to attend the showing of the show Armageddon Outta Here! which came to the Dixon Studio of the Palace Theatre in Southend on Thursday 28th May with my parents and here is my review of the show and experience itself.

I felt the whole show was funny especially the improv sections that weren’t even supposed to be in the show itself (as in improv’ed). The way that they engaged with the audience especially in the improv sections was really, really funny.

How the actors portrayed different characters in different scenes was funny and I couldn’t stop belly laughing at times. The whole concept was thought out cleverly to include different eras etc. Also the surprise at the end was very interesting.

How they scripted it was very clever and very thought out. The scenes incorporated with the use of the technology of today and kept it true to word in a sense of making it comedic for those who attended the show, the surprises used in the show say in one section of the show was extremely clever and well thought out to catch us as an audience off guard.

If you haven’t seen this show, this is one worth seeing and hopefully I will be back to see another show that they do in the future!! One place to see them is the Edinburgh Festival later this year, so go and see this amazing show! I would give it a 5 star rating for the whole comedy concept of laughter!!
