Detectives are investigating a burglary in which a six figured sum worth of jewellery and coins were stolen.
Five men described as wearing balaclavas and dark clothing broke into a property in Bells Hill Road, Vange on Saturday 29 February at around 8pm.
A man in his 60s was assaulted and taken to hospital with a head injury.
Witnesses are asked to call Grays CID on 101 quoting reference 42/33033/20.
