Children’s author discusses mental health

Children’s author Esther Marshall has a book series called “Sophie Says” which was inspired by her sister’s battle with bipolar disorder.

In March 2020 Esther was invited to speak in front of Prince Harry and also the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle about her book series.

Aston spoke to Esther about her book series, mental health and also how she was approached to speak in front of Harry and Meghan.
