Four teenagers are to face court accused of damaging a memorial created in honour of a little girl who died in a bouncy castle accident.

The garden was planted at Valley Primary Academy in Norwich in memory of Summer Grant.

She was killed in March 2016 when a bouncy castle was blown away by high winds at a funfair in Harlow, Essex.

A 16-year-old boy, two 17-year-old boys and an 18-year-old man have been reported to court for criminal damage.
