Four face court over Summer Grant memorial damage
Four teenagers are to face court accused of damaging a memorial created in honour of a little girl who died in a bouncy castle accident.
The garden was planted at Valley Primary Academy in Norwich in memory of Summer Grant.
She was killed in March 2016 when a bouncy castle was blown away by high winds at a funfair in Harlow, Essex.
A 16-year-old boy, two 17-year-old boys and an 18-year-old man have been reported to court for criminal damage.

A spokesman for Norfolk police said the four would appear in court – where they will be formally charged with criminal damage – at a later date.
The incident – caught on CCTV – happened on 16 May and also involved damage to the school's reception class play area.
