You’re getting two blogs in one this week as I missed out the track listing for the previous show.  If you’ve never tuned our way before,  the Nineties Revival is broadcast live on a Tuesday evening between 7 and 9, presented by Mark Hardie.

The show all about the brilliant music of the decade which you may have forgotten about or simply haven’t heard in ages, and every effort is made to play a broad range of genres too from reggae to psychedelic rock!

On Tuesday the 8th of February the 90s Revival revisited the music and memories of 1997, along with regular features the forgotten classic, dance-floor anthem and alternative sounds. We also discovered that Beavis and Butthead will be returning to our screens later this year, and reminisced about some of the decades brilliant TV sitcoms. Read on the the full playlist.

Let’s rewind to the week before on Tuesday the 1st of February when the Nineties Revival grabbed some popcorn and went to the cinema blockbusters of the decade. Between 8 and 9 on the show there were some classic movie soundtracks of the nineties, and the retro chart returned to 1994.

We also asked what you would put in a nineties museum, following the story about a Spice Girls fan who has opened an official exhibition in their name from the memorabilia she’s collected. Suggestions included Blur, Oasis and rave posters!
