Good Afternoon today Friday the 15th of June
Today my special guest is Essex man David Hughes, David is a singer songwriter
and guitarist. David has had an extraordinary career has played with bands like Pentangle and Fairport Convention and has also appeared on Radio 4 programme Loose ends. David has a penchant for writing songs with clever lyrics based on his life’s experiences. David will be singing and playing live in the studio. But to attached a genre label to his style it is challenging, it bridges folk to mainstream but always remains thought provoking and original.
In addition I will be taking a look at local news stories, together with national sports showbiz and business round ups. Not forgetting great music to ease you into the weekend.
