This week’s Digital Blues on Gateway 97.8 opens with a feast of tracks featuring ladies of the blues and includes some new releases plus, of course, the gig guide.

There are as yet unreleased tracks from The Pam Taylor Band, Blonde Blues and Cathy Lemons, new and recent releases from No Sinner, The Halley DeVestern Band, Saichi Sugiyama Band, Veronica Sbergia & Max De Bernardi, Ma Polaine’s Great Decline, Kat Danser, Debbie Bond and the TrueDats, Valerie June and the Bridget Kelly Band. Plus there are couple of crackers from Sista Monica Parker and Brick Fields.

In the gig guide there are tracks from The Mighty Bosscats and Will Wilde then there are new releases from Brothers Groove, Roscoe Levee and the Southern Slide, Tommy Castro & the Pain Killers, Charlie Musselwhite and Hakon Hoye & the HoneyTones.

Add in a slide fest with Seth Freeman, a great track from Ry Cooder and a stonking instrumental from Big Joe & the Dynaflows and you have another very tasty melange to tantalise and tickle your taste-buds!
