DIGITAL BLUES ON GATEWAY 97.8 – 27TH NOVEMBER 2013

On this week’s edition of Digital Blues on Gateway 97.8, a show of many parts and many moods.

There is a great big dollop of John Mayall to celebrate his 80^th on Friday and also a slice of birthday cake for Shakura S’Aida. There are also two tracks from the Swamp Cats who have, sadly, more or less called it a day!

There is a gorgeous new track from Todd Sharpville with the lovely Sam Brown and in the gig guide there are tracks from the Roy Mette Band, Billy Walton Band, Mark Pontin Group and Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion.

To close the show I go all European with four tracks from Spain – the Mississippi Alligators, Chino & the Big Bet, Lisa & the Lips and Big Mama Montse and two from France – Cotton Bellys and Pillac
