1 in 3 Essex adults in more physical pain half the time of more

A new survey by Algocells has found that more than 1 in 4 Brits (29%) are in physical pain more than half the time.

The survey which vowed to evidence the seriousness of the pain problem, shows that not only do many Brits experience some form of joint and spine pain, with 76% of people suffering, but surprisingly the age demographic shows it’s the 18–24-year old’s that are most affected by this pain. Surprisingly, over half (53%) of the age group are in pain 25%, or more, of the time.

The extent to which this pain issue is having on the population proves to be beyond the usual aches and pains, with 9% of people admitting being at their wits end, with over 1 in 10 (11%) people unsure how much longer they can cope. Additionally to this, a quarter of people (24%) describe their joint and spine pain dramatically affecting their mood, demonstrating how pain is equally a mental problem as much as it is physical.
