Brits urged to give their Christmas cheer a more Circular approach this year

Christmas is traditionally a time full of festive food and frivolity, with 2021 set to be bigger than ever following last year’s ‘cancelled’ Christmas.

However, these festivities inevitably lead to waste. Fresh off the back of COP26, the nation will no doubt have more of a focus on sustainable celebrations this year, but sometimes knowing where to start can be the hardest part when it comes to making better choices this Christmas.

According to research from eco-brand Circular&Co. almost two thirds (62%) of Brits can’t remember the last time they went a whole day without using plastic, with a further fifth (18%) saying they don’t think they could live without it.

Aston spoke to Dan Dicker, sustainable inventor and founder of Circular&Co.
