Carly Telford on why women are enticed to get back into sports

According to research, 59% of UK women have started training with an old sports team again after being inspired by a bumper summer of female sporting events. 

Events such asFIFA Women’s World Cup ^TM, the Women’s Ashes and Wimbledon have enticed millions of women to get back into sport after years of fear and judgement.  

The research by Sure, also showed that 46% of those women polled felt motivated to try sport after seeing the empowerment and determination showed by professional female sporting stars this year.
