Christmas time… missed deliveries and wine

Many people across the country are facing issues this year with Christmas presents… Not the unwanted tie or pair of socks… But actually, the delivery of them with people across the UK having parcels go missing, turn up bashed or simply turning up too late.

Some weeks ago Royal Mail had warned that many parcels may arrive later than expected due to  ‘exceptionally high volumes’ of post this year.

But according to a new report looking at this time of year from fulfilment company, Huboo, this doesn’t cut the mustard with customers.

Aston spoke to Martin Bysh, CEO at Huboo to discuss the findings in further detail.
