Comedian Maisie Adam chats Flight Etiquette

The rules of travel have always been up in the air, but Brits have strong opinions on what is and isn’t socially acceptable when flying on holiday. More than three in five British travellers (61%) say they have witnessed bad plane etiquette but it’s not just in the sky where they believe there are behaviours that they deem unacceptable.

According to KAYAK – the world’s leading travel search engine – who surveyed 1000 UK adults who’ve travelled in the past three years, annoyances can start as soon as airport security, with not listening to the security staff’s instructions coming out as the top bad etiquette that we witness here (63%).

Queue-jumping for a tray at airport security is also a big no no with 43% of us, and getting in the fast security line without pre-booking a ticket for it will send sighs echoing far down the queue.
