Kate Quilton: how to save money & be more sustainable in the lead up to summer

New data which surveyed more than 33,000 travellers worldwide, highlights a dilemma where people feel forced to choose between cutting costs and being more mindful about making more sustainable travel choices.

However, close to half (47%) of UK travellers today say they are not trusting that the sustainable travel options labelled are truly more sustainable. 

Travelling more sustainably does continue to be at the forefront of UK travellers’ minds. Almost three-quarters (72%) believe people need to act now and make more sustainable choices to save the planet for future generations, according to new figures from Booking.com.
