Mental Health Awareness Week
This week (13th – 19th May) it is Mental Health Awareness Week. This years theme is “Movement: moving for our mental health”.
But always speak to someone in regards to your mental health whether you speak to a professional, a friend or a family member.
Aston spoke to psychotherapist Noel McDermott who gave us tips on looking after our mental health.
