Staff just want bosses to say ‘thank you’ as workers suffer from burnout

Huge numbers of workers in the UK are experiencing burnout.

As many as two-fifths (40%) say they regularly face periods of burnout due to their jobs and a quarter (24%) are no longer going ‘above and beyond’ for their employers.

The report by employee engagement technology leader, Reward Gateway, shows 72% have felt a lasting negative effect from the last few years of constant upheaval and uncertainty.
