Third couple eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing

Following the elimination of broadcaster Nikita Kanda, the remaining 13 couples took to the dancefloor to impress the judges as well as the public.

Topping the judges leaderboard for the second time this series was West End performer and Bad Education actor Layton Williams and his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin with a score of 37 out of 40 for their Cha Cha Cha.

The dance off this week featured Paralympian Jody Cundy and his dance partner Jowita Przystal and comedian Eddie Kadi and his dance partner Karen Hauer. The judges unaminously voted to save Eddie meaning that Jody’s time on Strictly is over and he becomes the third celebrity to be eliminated.

Strictly Come Dancing returns this weekend where the 12 remaining couples will perform.
