I’m A Celebrity winner is crowned

The final week of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! had it all from double eliminations and tough trials. Here are some of the highlights from the final week:

  • Day 16 saw author and podcaster Giovanna Fletcher and Olympic legend Sir Mo Farah take on the castle coin challenge, the campmates got the question wrong. Opera singer Russell Watson took on the bushtucker trial “Rancid Rotiserrie” winning 5 out of 10 stars. The first double elimination of the series saw Coronation Street actress Beverley Callard and TV presenter & journalist Victoria Derbyshire leave camp.
  • Day 17 saw star of stage and screen Shane Richie and Beverley (before she left) take on a challenge to earn the celebrities a trip to the Castle Inn. Giovanna and TV presenter Vernon Kay took on the bushtucker trial Cart-Astrophy winning all 8 stars on offer. The second double elimination saw opera singer Russell Watson and actress & singer Jessica Plummer leave camp.
  • Day 18 saw former Strictly Come Dancing professional AJ Pritchard and Jessica (before she left camp) take on the castle coin challenge, the camp mates got the question correct and won treats from for AJ, Giovanna and radio broadcaster Jordan North. AJ and Sir Mo took on the bushtucker trial Game of Grones winning 3 out of 6 stars. The latest double elimination saw AJ and Sir Mo leave camp.
  • Day 19 saw Jordan and Vernon take on the castle coin challenge, the campmates got the question wrong. All 4 celebrities took on the bushtucker trial Celebrity Cyclone and won all 4 stars on offer. Star of stage and screen Shane Richie became the latest celebrity to leave camp.
  • Day 20 (final day) saw all 3 celebrities take on a bushtucker trial each to earn a luxury meal which they all managed to win all 5 stars offer for their respective trials, Vernon in The Table Of Torment, Giovanna in Frightening Feast and Jordan in The Iron Maiden. Your votes meant that author and podcaster Giovanna Fletcher became queen of the castle, with radio broadcaster Jordan North finishing 2nd and TV presenter Vernon Kay finishing 3rd
