Strictly Come Dancing honours the musicals

This week on Strictly Come Dancing honoured the musicals, which meant all dances this week were songs from the musicals, from film or stage.

For the second week singer HRVY and his dance partner Janette Manrara topped the judges leaderboard with a score of 29 for their American Smooth to Chorus Line’s “One (Singular Sensation)”.

The dance featured TV presenter & Invictus Games medalist JJ Chalmers and his dance parter Amy Dowden and for the second week (third time this series) Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing and his dance partner Karen Hauer.

The judges voted 2 – 1 in favour of saving Jamie meaning JJ’s time on Strictly Come Dancing is over.

The remaining 5 couples will perform again this weekend in the semi-final where they’ll be performing 2 dances each.
