In 2024, the UK is predicted to become the world’s largest contributor of e-waste, per capita.

Despite 75% of Brits being concerned about e-waste³, 60,000 tonnes of tech trash still ends up in landfill every fortnight.

And although they are being considered an eco-conscious demographic, new research by Currys found two-thirds (66%) of young people are more likely to bin their tech trash over recycling.
