Would you rather renovate than relocate?

Homeowners are choosing to renovate over relocate, with 78% saying they would rather invest and improve their home than venture into the real estate market.

That’s according to new research from London renovation experts, Beams, which has also found 77% say at least one room in their home needs work this year.

This supports the news that London’s pandemic-driven exodus is in reverse, with recent data showing the figure of people leaving the capital has reached its lowest level in nine years.
