New trend sees brits making thousands by renting out their driveway

Brits are making thousands a year by renting out their driveways to help beat the cost of living crisis.

Data from YourParkingSpace has revealed Brits are cashing in on their unused driveways or parking spaces, in a bid to make extra cash as the UK braces for a global recession.

There are of course variables, but the point is the demand for parking on rented driveways is growing ever stronger. Especially as parking charges and fines rise, and availability for decent parking declines, not to mention tube and rail strikes. All you have to do is google ‘parking fines’ and the media is awash with horror stories from every corner of the land.
