How long would you wait to get a table at a top restaurant?

How about a season ticket for your favourite football team? A week? A month? Maybe even a year or more? O2 has revealed the perils that Brits face when they are made to wait on long lists to get the things they want.

Clinical studies show that waiting can have a very detrimental effect on consumers, making them frustrated, demoralised and annoyed. The longer the wait, the more anxious people become.
