Classic Cars on Sea at City Beach 20th September 9:00am

If you are a fan of classic cars this event could be for you these icons of historic car design and many other marques are gearing up for the first in a series of classic vehicle breakfast events – and there are just a few more places still available.

The events, being held on selected Sundays this spring and summer, will feature a gleaming collection of up to 20 pre-booked classic vehicles displayed in a designated seafront spot.

Thanks to sponsorship from Southend seafront traders, owners who register and bring their eye-catching cars will be entitled to a free breakfast.

Verdi’s La Traviata With 30 piece Live Orchestra Towngate Theater Tuesday 22nd September Doors open 7:30pm

If you like a combination of Opera and ballet. This haunting tragedy with its beautiful arias will transport you to the world in which it is set.

La Traviata is an Opera in three acts by Giuseppe Verdi, set to an Italian libretto by Francesco Maria Piave – a love story shrouded in sacrifice and misunderstanding. A Masterpiece in its own right, it contains some of Verdi’s most beautiful and memorable music.

Frankie’s Classic Car & Bike Fest with Vintage Market Fords Dunton Technical Centre 20th September 10am-4pm

Our day dedicated to classic cars, bikes, vintage clothing, food, drink, and entertainment for all the family is back for its forth year. Join us at the home of Essex’s motoring heritage, The Dunton Technical Centre in Laindon to view Their range of vehicles from across the years. In addition their will be a large collection of vintage stalls which will sell genuine items, including fashion, accessories and vintage homewares.
