A day when the High Street is closed to traffic and filled with a myriad of stalls selling anything and everything needed for Christmas there will loads of events and entertainment as well such as a Santa’s parade (courtesy of Brentwood Rotary Club) begins Starting at Western Road along the High Street to Sun Corner and returning along High Street to his Grotto in the Day Centre (behind Chequers Pub) led by a Drum & Pipe band

Run Santa run In aid of Little Havens Sunday 6^th December

It’s more than just a Santa Run! Joint hem at Wat Tyler Country Park in Basildon and raise vital funds for Little Havens Hospice. There is fun for the whole family including; * 2K Reindeer run at 11am * 4.5K Santa Fun Run at 12.30pm * Santa in his Grotto * Much more! Little Havens can only exist because of the kindness of our supporters. By making taking part in events like Run Santa Run you’re helping a baby, child or teenager living with a serious illness be as pain free and comfortable as possible – for as long as we’re needed. You’ll truly be helping us fulfil our promise of ‘Making every day count’
