This Sunday 18th September you can hear some of the fab tunes I play on my show AND enjoy a pint of your choice at the same time when I host an event called “The Old Git At The Olde Dog” from 7pm. Full details are a little further down in this blog, but if the response to last Monday’s show is anything to go by, it will be a roadblock ! Without sounding immodest, I was swamped by requests and comments from listeners all over Basildon and beyond, contacting me by e-mail, text, Facebook and also directly via the Gateway 97.8 Player – which was a new one for me, didn’t know you could do THAT ! Hell, I even had a “phone call” – remember them ??!!
Feel free to add to my workload next Monday with more of the same, as long as you have impeccable taste in music like the rest of my listeners ( ;-0 ) and I promise if you ask for a particular tune if it doesn’t make it this week, it will be on the week after.
