Charlie Tolhurst of Gateway 97.8’s Radio Club visited Brands Hatch on Saturday 1st June 2019 to interview and record material for the radio station. I interviewed Stanies Login who started on pole and finished second behind race winner Alan Day.
Jacques, racing in the number 3 Chevrolet Camaro, finished 15th in race on of two in Elite Class One after a Fuel Issue on Saturday’s race. Jacques Villeneuve also won the 1997 F1 World Championship after famously colliding with Michael Schumacher Ferrari F310 in Jerez at the European GP. Jacques Villeneuve spent 10 years in F1 between 1996-2006 winning the 1997 F1 Title with Willams.
